Console Migration

We’ll gradually migrate users to the new console - starting with standard paid plans, and finally, enterprise accounts. Before migration starts, we will contact you by email and move forward in a project-managed way.

Free users will need to purchase a plan on their own, as free plans will be discontinued after 30/09/2025. Trials will be available for the first 30 days only.

Note: Migration is not automatic. Action is required.

Using CNAME or domain whitelisting? Please inform our Customer Success Team via the support form in your account to ensure a smooth transition.

FAQs

Do I need to take action to continue using Cloudimage?
Free/Personal users: Yes, you’ll need to generate a new token and subscribe to a 30-day FREE trial.
Plan users: Please contact our Support team to schedule the migration of your environments.

Will I lose my current setup during the migration?
No. In principle, we should be able to port your configuration, and assets will be migrated automatically. The only change is your token, which you’ll need to update. No - we’ll migrate your configuration and assets. The only thing which changes is your token. You will need to replace the current token with the new one.

What happens if I don’t migrate before the deadline?
Free/Personal Plan will be deactivated after September 30.
Paid plans will automatically transition to the new pricing after September 30, unless you migrate beforehand.

Can I access the new features with my current plan?
Not automatically. Legacy plans will receive the new UI, but advanced features remain disabled. To unlock them, you’ll need to upgrade to a new plan.

Will my transformations, domains, or CNAME settings still work?
Yes. However, if you’re using CNAME or domain whitelisting, please contact Support to ensure everything migrates smoothly.

Is there a free version of Cloudimage going forward?
No. The Free/Personal Plan will be discontinued. Instead, we now offer a 30-day free trial so you can explore the full experience. No - the Free plan is discontinued and replaced by a 30-day trial.

Can I test the new version before switching?
Yes! You can join our beta program by contacting your Account Manager or our Support team.

I’m an AppSumo customer. Will my plan be impacted?
Yes. AppSumo plans will be discontinued unless you migrate to a new plan. However, we truly value your early support and commitment. Please contact our Support team to discuss the best migration options available for you.
